The Fluid Power House Inc. Announces Name Change to FPH Group Inc.

London, ON - The Fluid Power House Inc., whose head office is at 570 Industrial Road in London, is undergoing a name change effective March 15, 2013, for FPH Group Inc.
The company now operates in several different supply chain categories, including Hydraulic Systems and Components, Hose and Fittings, Wind Turbine Products, Mechanical and Electrical Products and Engineered Systems. The individual disciplines are also combined to provide higher value engineered products and machinery for customers in the commercial and defense sectors.
Due to the broad nature of the projects being undertaken by FPH Group, the company feels that its former name no longer accurately reflects the scope of the business.
This name change does not involve any change in ownership, merger or takeover, nor will the physical address of the business change.
With the continued growth and diversification of FPH Group, the company expects the new name will better represent their current and future business activities.

Other business units are located in Cambridge, Stoney Creek and Sudbury. Another company within the group, Hydraflow-Pumptech Fluid Power located in Vaughan, Ontario, provides hydraulic system solutions with a substantial focus on rebuilding and repair of hydraulic components.
Each division within FHP Group will continue to be the prominent name that customers and vendors associate with. Each individual division will continue in name as in the past. |
